The hotel's great location allowed me to easily explore the mountains and downtown areas without getting stuck in Beirut's traffic. The convenience store in the building made it easy to grab any essentials I needed. The hotel staff, especially Mr George, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The daily housekeeping was excellent and the room design was modern. Plus, I received a free upgrade to a spacious suite with a fully equipped kitchenette.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

You can find everything you need in the rooms. The kitchenette is useful. The beds are so comfy and the atmosphere makes you feel you're at home. The staff is so helpful and kind. Nicholas is great! He's done everything to help us in anything. Thank you for everything!!! For sure I'll come back.

Fantastic location in an industrial area, making it easy to access different places. A huge variety of options and perfect food available. Extremely friendly staff working throughout the hotel.

Good value for money. Good for families. Spatious appartments. Good location, but off-town centre. No breakfast or room service, but has kitchenette.
Breakfast and room service for snacks would be nice to have. They don't clean your room if you forget to put on the door the "clean my room" sign. The staff could be more informative.

The bed I had was huge!!! And the balcony is nice to sit on and have a meal and watch the sunset over the hills. I stayed in a studio apartment, it was great, clean, comfy and suited me perfectly. The kitchenette is useful although there are good spots to eat within walking distance.
I think the Wi-fi internet should be free in hotels.

The room was just perfect (clean, spacious, quiet, elegant, maintained and so comfortable) and the staff were very friendly and helpful (very professional).

The studio at Xpress By Smallville was great! It had a flat-screen TV and free WiFi, which made it easy to relax and stay connected. The kitchenette was also convenient for preparing my own meals. Plus, the balcony offered a stunning view of the city!
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small, but that's just my opinion. Others might still find it perfectly comfortable.

Room space is excellent. We booked the studio room but they upgraded the room to one bedroom room without any charge.
Cleaning could be better.

The room was tidy and new-fashioned, with amenities like a TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. the hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of two great museums – the National Museum and a police station. There's also a bakery nearby.

This hotel is a fantastic find - not quite in the centre of town, but a great location for nightlife and history - right on the Green Line. It's considerably cheaper than most hotels in the city, but has heaps of room in the suite, a fully stocked kitchen for those on a budget (although the falafel man 5 mins down the road is amazing and dirt cheap!), and brand new furnishings.
The only bad thing about this place was the shower was a little small, and even that wasn't too bad.

Everything was just perfect! Hats off to George as he was amazingly helpful! The rest of the staff, at the reception, other bell boys, room service staff, etc. were all very effective and extremely prompt.
We had to pay for the internet (50 usd per Week) which should've been free of charge and additionally that was very very slow internet connection. There were fewer amenities in the bathroom. You just get soaps, shower gels and shampoos plus toilet papers and towels and the rest of the things you will have to bring along. The beds were too noisy. An inch move would be extremly noisy.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
